What does it actually cost?
Most day rentals land between $159 and $450 depending on the machine size, what it's stocked with, and how long you need it. You'll get a real number once an operator has your event details.
Do they deliver and set it up?
Almost always, within the metro area. Fees depend on how far they're hauling it and how big the machine is — a giant unit is a different job than a tabletop one.
What comes with a rental?
Usually the machine, a starting batch of prizes (plush, candy, or small toys), plus delivery, setup, and pickup. For multi-day events, some will come back and restock.
How far ahead should I leave my details?
Two or three weeks is comfortable. Weekends in spring and all of December get tight, so if your date is fixed, it's worth getting your request in early.
Do you rent the machines yourselves?
